 MP Manufacturing is a China-based injection mold manufacturer supporting overseas molders and OEMs with DFM review, mold design, mold building, injection molding, and export mold support. We focus on practical engineering solutions that help customers reduce tooling risk and improve production stability. 


 MP Manufacturing provides DFM review, injection mold design, mold building, injection molding, sampling, engineering changes, and export mold support. We work with overseas molders and OEMs on prototype molds, production molds, engineering plastic molds, multi-cavity molds, insert molds, overmolds, unscrewing molds, two-shot molds, and other complex tooling projects.


 Our main customers include overseas injection molders, OEM companies, product development companies, industrial manufacturers, medical device companies, automotive suppliers, consumer product companies, and electronics manufacturers that need reliable injection mold manufacturing and engineering support. 


 Yes. MP Manufacturing supports overseas injection molders with export injection molds, DFM review, mold design, sampling, engineering changes, and mold preparation before shipment. We can review mold size, machine requirements, tie-bar distance, ejection stroke, cooling connections, and export packing requirements to help customers run the mold smoothly in their own facility. 


 MP Manufacturing focuses on engineering review before mold building and production validation before mold delivery.

We review material behavior, shrinkage, gate location, cooling, ejection, steel selection, mold structure, and maintenance risks before cutting steel. Before shipment, we normally run each mold for more than 3 hours under production-like conditions to verify mold movement, ejection stability, cooling performance, and part consistency.

This helps customers reduce sampling risk, avoid unexpected production issues, and improve long-term molding stability.


 Yes. We can work with 3D files, 2D drawings, sample parts, or reference photos.

Our engineering team can provide DFM review and help identify tooling risks. If needed, we can also suggest improvements to the 3D design to improve moldability, reduce risk, and support stable production before mold design starts.

We aim to support both mold design and part design optimization for better production results.


 For a new project, customers can send 2D drawings, 3D files, material information, annual volume, mold standard, cavity requirement, target lead time, surface finish, tolerance requirements, and any special functional or assembly requirements. If some details are not available, we can still provide preliminary DFM feedback based on the available information. 


 Yes. We can support customers from early DFM review and mold quotation to mold design, mold building, T1 sampling, engineering changes, injection molding production, inspection, assembly, and export mold support.
